"I use this app with their intercoms. It was sketchy a few years ago but has worked great for a while. Most user issues are due to their phone."
"Horrible app. Not very reliable. Extremely difficult to troubleshoot. 2N customer service always requires you to jump through many hoops to get anything resolved. Sometimes I'll answer a call and the app will just be blank. I can hear the person at the door and speak to them but can't actually let them in or end the call since the app window is blank. I've switched phones now and I can't even login, all I get as an error message is "Login Failed". Not helpful."
